Procedure for getting Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate :
- (1) You need to have a valid email ID otherwise you have to create a valid email ID at Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo etc.
- (2) Latest photograph of the Applicant - 1copy
- (3) Photocopy of Photo ID Proof of Individual’s Pan Card
- (4) Photocopy of ANY ONE: Certificate of Incorporation / Memorandum and Articles of Association / Registered Partnership Deed / Valid business license document (Trade License)
- (5) Photocopy of ANY ONE: Annual Report / Income Tax Return / Statement of Income / Bank details of the Organization
- (6) Authorization Letter in favour of the Certificate Applicant from the Applicant Organization on Letter Head (as per the format given in Application Form)
Procedure for getting Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate:
- (1) You need to have a valid E-mail ID, otherwise you have to create a valid E-mail ID at Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo etc
- (2) Latest photograph of the Applicant.
